Our monitoring of Lunarpages hosting has not indicated any significant downtime within the past 30 days. All hosts will experience some downtime if not for maintenance or upgrades. The key is whether the downtime is enough to lose web traffic.

Lunarpages has an emergency backup and emergency power system, tape backups performed nightly and runs two data centers, one in Los Angeles and one in Las Vegas for redundancy.

Lunarpages offers 27/7/365 customer support by email or phone. Support is fairly quick in response to emails. Phone is the quickest way to get help. We are unable to give Lunarpages a higher score as they do not have a chat support option. Some users just don't like to call on the phone and deal with phone prompts and prefer chatting online.

Lunarpages allows webmasters to administer their sites through the Cpanel control panel. Within the panel, Lunarpages has the latest hosting features, including one click Fantastico scripts, Page Mason site designer, and of course Lunarpages gives you the free CoffeeCup software applications.

Lunarpages also seems to update its disk space and bandwidth limits to maintain above average capacities.
